We strive to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order (Excluding Sundays). Occasionally that isn't possible if, for example, we're temporarily out of an item. If we can't ship within 2 days, we'll notify the customer of the delay.
We ship most orders through USPS, as they are the least expensive AND the most reliable shipper on the market. Some large orders become too expensive with USPS, so we use Federal Express. When ordering please provide both a USPS and a delivery service address if they are different.
We provide the customer with a confirmation of shipment along with tracking information as soon as it's available. If the Carrier confirms the package has been delivered, we will no longer take responsibility for it. However, mistakes happen and we will do our best to help the customer locate their missing package.
If the customer asks, we will mark the package to be left if no one is home.
